Consumer Confidence Reports

Keeping Water Safe

In 1998, the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) required all public water systems to provide an annual water quality report to its customers with information regarding their drinking water. This report is mailed out to our customers between May and June of each year. This report contains information of where the City of Lamesa receives its water or sources of waters and the levels or range of levels of any contaminant found in our drinking water, as well as the EPA's health-based standards which are the levels of the maximum contaminants.
