Legal Assistance
The City Attorney's Office provides legal opinions and assistance to the City Council, City Manager, and staff. The City Attorney's Office may make drafts and /or review all proposed ordinances and resolutions, prosecutes municipal ordinance and state law violations, represents the Code Enforcement staff, the Planning and Zoning Board, Board of Adjustment, and other boards in the city as required.
