REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

  Subject: SCADA Request for Proposal (RFP)

The City of Lamesa is solicitating Request for Proposals (RFP) from interested professionals for SCADA Improvements and Support Services for the City of Lamesa. The RFPs will be received at the City Secretary's Office, City of Lamesa City Hall at 601 South 1st Street, no later than 2:00 P.M. August 22, 2023. All proposals must be delivered in a sealed package and plainly marked "RFP for SCADA.

Issuance of this RFP does not commit the City of Lamesa to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this Request, or to procure or contract for services. The City of Lamesa reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and re-issue an RFP.

All Questions are to be directed to the Office of the City Manager jhines@ci.lamesa.tx.us or by calling 806-872-4321 and will be forwarded as an addendum to each known responder. Acknowledgement of the Addendums is required with your proposals.

Inclusions in this Bid

  • Installation services outlined in this document for City of Lamesa
  • Shipping and handling of necessary equipment for installation
  • Testing, termination, and configuration of equipment provided, including removal of agreed upon pre-existing unnecessary equipment from the locations in this proposal. All hardware and wiring into associated with the new installation is to removed and remains the property of the City of Lamesa.
  • Service response for Weekday, Non-Holiday Service Request (during regular business hours between 7am - 7pm CT) In the event it is determined that a technician is required for service on site, dispatch a service technician to arrive on site no later than 4 hours after both parties determine a technician is required on site to complete the service.
  • Weekend, Holiday or After Hours (hours between 7pm - 7am) Service Request - In the event it is determined that a technician is required for service on site, service technician to arrive on site no later than 8 hours after both parties determine a technician is required on site to complete the service.
  • Brand, Model, and specifications on equipment to be installed is to be submitted and approved before installation.
  • Any proprietary or sole sourcing information is to be included I  
  • Equipment Warranty is to be in writing and good for one year after installation. If provided by manufacture, the terms are to be disclosed with
  • Workman installation is to be warrantied for one (1) year from startup and acceptance by the
