Voter Registration
Eligibility

Must be a qualified voter.

A resident of the territory covered by the election for the office or measure on which the person desires to vote.

Satisfy all other requirements for voting prescribed by law for the particular election.
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

A U.S. citizen.

Have not been determined mentally incompetent by a final judgment of a court

Have not been finally convicted of a felony or, if so convicted, has fully discharged the person's sentence, including any term of incarceration, parole or supervision, or completed a period of probation ordered by any court.

Has been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disability to vote.

Is currently a resident of this state.

Is currently a registered voter.
Registering to Vote
Voter registration cards are available at the County Tax Office at the Dawson County Court House on the Square.
